What is the celebration all about?
Kannawidan festival, this is the celebration here in Ilocos Sur this February. As far as I know, this is really important to all Ilocanoes. The festival is all about the traditions in the early times.
Many of us are waiting to this kind of event. The province of Ilocos Sur is celebrating this Kannawidan festival every year.

"Change: It Starts With Me"

As Dr. Jose Rizal says "Youth are the hope of the nation". Iagree of what Dr. Rizal said.
Many youth are the one who leads, because they have the courage and have the brain to lead the country. Many young people are leaders today, we are the start to kill the corruption and different disease of the country.
We are all leaders and everyone can lead the country. Many politicians are corrupt, they don't think the result of what they are doing, So, we the youth must start the change.

..My dream, My future..

All of us have many dreams in our lives. Different plans in the future. Different things we want to do in the future. By the way, What do you want to be in the future?
Many people dream to become a doctor, lawyer, nurse, engineer, etc. but for me, all I want to be is to become a successful teacher someday. I want to teach little children, teaching them A,B,C, and 1,2,3.
As they say "Education is the key to success". So we students must pursue more to our studies to be able to become ready in the future.

My Reflection. . .

Goodbye 2010, Hello 2011!!!
Is it really the time to say goodbye? Going back to 2010, I remember the days enjoying many things not putting in my mind of being serious to my studies.
Many of us are not really serious in our lessons, sometimes they are eating, chatting, texting during class hours. But I will miss this things when we go to college, we still have 3 months with my beloved friends and classmates.

New Year, New Me

Bom Bom...Prakatak prakatak... This are the sound of the firecrackers that our ears hear before twelve midnight of January 1, the first day of the year 2011. People are busy preparing foods for the Media Noche.
Ooopps...It's 12:00 am, I jump and jump so that I will grow more this year. I don't even dare to use firecracker, I just watch. Then time to eat... and after that I sleep again.
This 2011, I have plan to study harder so that my parents will be proud of me. I also plan to collect more Spongebob items.
Something about me that is new is my hair, I have a new haircut, I know that many will change this year, their personality and behavior. And when April 2011 came, It is the time to say goodbye from my high school life. My friends are always and forever in my heart. So let us enjoy the three months left.

The True Essence of Christmas

Christmas? We hear this word every time from the different mouth of people during December. Christmas is the birth of our dear Jesus Christ. When December came, people are busy to decorate their houses with Christmas decors. We can also see the Christmas lights, it's bright and different colors at night. As I notice, people only remember Jesus when time of need and Christmas but they don't bother to thank him for giving a healthy body and a peaceful life. Christmas is the time of giving and sharing. We must put in our hearts that Christmas is happens every day and we must always remember Jesus Christ.
